Shipping & Delivery
Steelio currently ships within Pakistan only. We deliver nationwide through our trusted courier partner, Trax Logistics.
Shipping charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies to every order, anywhere in Pakistan. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces may require additional time, and we will keep you informed if so.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your city and location. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Trax tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it reaches your door. You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Payment options
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer. Simply choose your preferred method at checkout.
Delivery guidelines
- Please provide a complete, accurate address and an active phone number to avoid delays.
- Our courier may call to confirm before delivery, so please keep your phone reachable.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will re-attempt or contact you to reschedule.
